Covid-19 Prevention Policy

There will be safety measures put into place to ensure 2m distance between parents/guardians at all times.  A member of staff will be sat outside the venue to sign in the children and to distribute hand sanitizer gel on entry. No parent/ guardian is permitted on the premise at any point other than to pick up, drop off or in case of an emergency and at no point is someone other than a child attending, or a member of staff allowed inside the building.

It is important to stress that social distancing is not possible to maintain where children are concerned for this period of time. We will be keeping children in small groups throughout the week to ensure limited contact is made. Each group will have their own coach throughout the week.

Hand sanitiser will be provided on entry and exit of the facility, regular hand washes will take place throughout the day. Staff will ensure all equipment is cleaned at the end of every day and after each group has used it. Also, staff will take time throughout the day cleaning door handles to ensure they are disinfected.

All children must have name tags on bottles and bags so that no other child accidently picks them up. Children must carry their own bags in and out of the facility and place their belongs in their allocated area.

All parents/ guardians must abide by government guidelines. If your child or anybody in your household has related Covid-19 symptoms you must self-isolate for 7 days and not return until a negative test has been carried out.

If a child at the camp is showing symptoms, they will be isolated from the other children immediately and a parent/ guardian will be contacted to collect them.
